Our Programs.
Our CrossFit classes are presented by a coach to groups of 10-30 people per class. These hour-long classes will get your heart rate pumping within the first few minutes, where after a combination of Cardio, Gymnastics and Weightlifting will comprise your workout of the day. Nothing beats the intensity and comradery of throwing down with your friends and pushing yourself to your limits in these classes.
The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
CrossFit uses safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. In CrossFit workouts, intensity levels are adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness.
CrossFit.
The CF Lite class will run parallel to our CrossFit program. These sessions are aimed at people who is not ready for weight training just yet and is styled in the more traditional βBootcampβ sessions. We will purely focus on getting you fit and help you achieve your body transformation goals.
CF Lite.
Personal Training.
If you are seeking individual attention to focus on specific goals, this is the option for you. With our vast group of experienced trainers, the choice is yours of who you want on your fitness journey. For more information regarding Personal Trainers, head to our Wellness Section.
CF Kids.
Fun, short and entertaining sessions designed to get your children healthier. Only functional movements with the aid of gymnastics and Cardio will comprise these sessions, over the watchful eye of a experienced CF Kids coach.
Bring your kids with you to your class and let them do their own little workout of the day, if it would be more convenient for you. We will run 2 simultaneous classes, in which the one will challenge your childβs energy, all the while making them fit and teaching them the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
LB Compete.
This is the program aimed at our competitive athletes. If youβre already an Unlimited member at Lions Bay, you qualify for these sessions. Once youβve successfully completed the class program for the day, this program will further stimulate the same movements to ensure faster progression. These workouts will be much more challenging, performed at a much higher intensity.
On-Ramp Course.
These classes are offered once a week to our new members, to learn the basics around crossfit. We will guide you through most of the movement standards, just so that you wonβt feel left behind within the classes. These sessions also conclude with a nice simple workout.
This program has a total of 3 sessions which occurs each Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 17:00, which are optional.
